jPAN Restaurant Review

The food at jPAN is very exquisite. Anything you eat there in my opinion, is really really good. I get the miso soup, the California roll and the eel roll. I did not enjoy it, I loved it. My mom had the Bento box and my dad had the paradise roll and my brother ordered the beef udon noodle soup. Everyone enjoyed what they got. The decoration is modern with bamboo and dome structures on the ceiling over the tables that are really cool. The staff are nice. The food fills you up quickly. The desserts are limited to choices like fried ice cream and green tea ice cream. The service is quick but when all the tables are full the service is slow. I think for sushi the prices are good. This is the best sushi restaurant in Park Slope and you HAVE TO GO THERE.

Why I am writing this blog?

I am writing this blog because I am going to share recipes and food and restaurant reviews.  I will write about food and things along those lines. I am going to cook because I am good at it and it is fun to cook. I am going to do some restaurant reviews and I think my #1 review will be, a japanese restaurant called Jpan in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The recipes I will be using are from cookbooks. I will also post pictures of  my cooking process. I am going to make asian style spare ribs. I already made rice krispy treats, brownies and PESTO made with fresh basil from our garden and PASTA. Pictures to follow.
